A student of health and well-being for as long as I can remember I attended my first Yoga class in the nineties. Stiff and awkward from running and attending the gym it was there I discovered first-hand the benefits of Yoga.
I also learnt meditation to balance my stressful job in the city, and it was around this time that I became interested in the benefits of Reiki and Massage too.
I have always loved sharing and helping others so my progression into teaching and offering holistic therapies was very natural, especially once I left the hustle, bustle and stress of central London in 2005 for Scotland. The novelty of living in such a beautiful part of the world has never worn off, it energises and nourishes me every day.
